3D printing Zero position problem

uArm Serial No.: (the No. at the bottom of each uArm reading “UARM-D43639DF659E”) SwiftPro

Firmware Version: 3.1.16

Operation System: Mac 10.12.6

uArm Controlling Method: uArm Studio with Cura 2.4.0

When i start uArm (with Cura 3D), it slams under zero before it can change.
He knocks on the floor.

maybe the same issue as this?

there was a new version of Curaforuarm released, I don’t know where in cura you can check the version but make sure you use the most recent one.

Hi Nicola, After check the video, it seems that even the zero point is above 10mm (we can’t see the zero point clearly), the arm still knock the table. If so please try the calibration steps in this link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-L-tCvknXU9ZXBweVlYRXd5VHM
