moveToPol does not go to correct coordinates

I am using c language Arduiono IDE to program. When I use the function “moveToPol(s, r, h, speed)” the arm does not go to the correct location I provide. I have a serial print function “getCurrentPosPol” to show me where the arm is moving.

the code compiles but I get the error that OUT_OF_RANGE is 10 in uArmComm.h and redefined at 3 in uArmTypes.h:
