Can we control uarm swift completely using ros based on real time data from a file? and best tool for uarm swift?

HELLO ,
Is it possible to control UArm Swift completely using ROS??(i.e. from creation of connection with UArm Swift to the writing our code in ROS and dumping it in UArm Swift)
or Else
Is UArm CreatorStudio a better choice than ROS for UArm programming and Interfacing?? I could see in some examples they have used Arduino cc IDE for controlling UArm Swift rather than Uarm Creator Studio.Which is better for programming UArm swift for real time data

uArm Creator Studio is not recommended since it’s for uArm Metal instead of uArm Swift. You could choose ROS/Arduino IDE/Python base on your needs, normally we prefer Python.
