Cannot connect to force torque sensor

Hi,

I am using an XArm 7 with a force torque sensor. The sensor was communicating fine for the first a few times of usage, but after running a few trials, now the robot cannot be enabled whenever with the force torque sensor installed on it. The robot itself works fine without the sensor on it.

Here are some debugging information that I get which might be useful:

When I try to enable the robot in Ufactory studio, I get this error:

I tried to install the force torque sensor in the Ufactory interface, and get this error:

I read some posts from this forum and here is what I tried for debugging:

Hi Yufei,

Do you mean the arm reports S0 and S18 error after installing the FT sensor?
And it’s working fine without the sensor?

Can we have a quick video call to troubleshoot it? We will be at the Chinese Spring Festival from 23rd January to 5th February.
