Creater Studio can't connect to uArm

Hello,

I tried to connect uArm to Creater Studio and when I try Devices >> Scan For Robots >> Port 10 console says "SUCCESS: uArm successfully connected "but I can’t really get connection. A green tick doesn’t appears on devices.

Another issue is when I try to use uarmAssistant I get “Failed to connect port UArm” error and I cant flash firmware.

What is the reason that I can’t connect my uArm ?

Hi,

When using uArm Assistant and get the “Failed to connect” pop-up window, just click OK and reflash firmware to the latest v2.2.1.

Then try to connect UCS again.

I tried as you said , but it just stops at the start of flash firmware , it doesn’t install. What should I try next?
