Grip not opening

Hallo,

I have two questions.
Is it normal that a uARM Swift moves shaky. Is this the difference between 5mm and 0.2 mm of precision?

The second is a real problem. The grip once it close it cannot be open (I have to remove the plug and put it agin to make it open).
The grip continues doing a strange noise.
The issue doesn’t happen if I put an object, though it continues making the strange noise. The grip worked only about 4-5 time before having this behaviour:

Hallo,
I wrote to support@ufactory.cc few days ago with no answer.
I have made a video with blockly and still the problem persists.

I used a key to close and the grip and another to open it. The grip closes but never opens again. I have to reset the arm to bring it back to normal status.
the uarm studio or the firmware is updated (no update is available):
uarm studio 1.1.15-a1 (it is not uploading to 1.1.13-p5)
uArm Firmware 2.3.6

Hi, we are sorry for late reply during Chinese New Year holiday. You could download right version(1.1.13-p5) of uArm Studio here: http://www.ufactory.cc/#/en/support/
And then test the gripper, do not send the command too frequently(wait 3-4 seconds until the gripper finish the move and send another command) or it will be blocked and will not open until you remove the USB cable.
