We have problems with the robot, we connect the charger turning on the LED, but it does not emit sound and it is not detected as a device, nevertheless when it is connected and it turns on only with the USB, it is detected and we can Firmware reload.

Have you tried turning the robot on first (with powersupply) and then connecting the USB connection.

Is the power supply LED stable if you turn on the arm?
can you use the arm without the computer (programming by moving)?
