Hi, I’m using a xArm 6. I’d like to ask why my LAN indicator didn’t light up when I turned on the robot power controller ? My PC cannot received connection from the ethernet cable. What would be the possible reason to this problem ? Thank you.

The power indicator is not light as well, if nothing responds when you hold the black button, there should be some problems with the control box.
Please send the SN of the control box to minna.zhong@ufactory.cc, we have to get this control box back for repair.
