Offline Mode not working Properly

Hi everyone,

I’m having two issues while using my uArm Swift Pro in Offline Mode.
1. When I enter Learning Mode and press the Play button, the suction turns on as expected. However, when I press the button again, the suction does not stop. I have to power off the device to stop it. Is there any way to fix this?
2. In Offline Mode, the arm sometimes moves unexpectedly—for example, it goes up or down on its own, or moves in random directions, completely different from the motions I recorded. These movements seem to be unrelated to my actual input. What might be causing this, and how can I prevent it?

Hi Omercem,

uArm is end of its life, we provide only limited support for it.
Please share the SN of the uarm, it’s attached to the bottom of the arm.

  1. What is the current firmware version? I tested it in V3.2.0 and it’s working fine, please share the video to show the problem.
  2. Do you mean that the arm moves randomly when you press the play button? Can you reproduce it? Kindly provide a video as well, thanks.
