One Motor damaged?

uArm Serial No.: 508CB17679C3 (the No. at the bottom of each uArm reading “UARM-XXXXXXXXXX”)

Firmware Version: 3.2.0

Operation System: Win(10)

uArm Controlling Method: uArm Studio/uArm 1.1.15

Hi,

it seems that one motor is damaged and not working anymore (last time i used the arm, it worked fine). When I turn on the Arm, all motors are in fixed position, but one not. And when using UArm Studio, this motor isn’t working anymore…

Hi, I downgraded the firmware 3.1.17 and checked the connectors as described in another post, but still same behaivior.

Hi Alex,
Please follow the troubleshooting below:
(1)Check the connector of left motor.

(2)Check the status of the screws on left motor shaft. Tightening it with hexagonal wrench if the screw is loose.

Both screws are well, the cable connectors seems fine, too :frowning:

Hi Alex, I’m sorry that I forgot to tell you there are 3 screws on left motor shaft. Could you please check the third one as well?

allrirght, i checked all the screws, all seems attached well.
