Packet filtered when trying to PING xArm

Hello everyone,
I am trying to connect my xArm with xArm Studio and I am getting the “server not ready” error.
I have made sure to boot the controller with the ethernet plug unplugged and also plugged.
I have already changed my IP address to 192.168.1.200 but when I try to ping my xArm I get the below picture.

Hi,george,
you check the connection of the cable，then see if the signal light on the controller is on.If the these is ok ,you can try to reboot the controller.
