Problem uploading to board to the U arm with arduino

I can’t to upload Standard sketch to the U Arm
The verify procedure looks good but the upload didn’t work and “problem with uploading to board” appeared .
I’d copied the error message (below) could you help me

This report would have more information with
“Show verbose output during compilation”
option enabled in File → Preferences.

Have you downloaded the FTDI driver from this website? It is needed for the uArm’s connection to work.
