Robot does not move despite the studio saying all is fine

uArm Controlling Method: uArm Studio

Hi guys,

I recently got my uArm out of storage and when I connect it to uArm Studio, it seems all is well and I get that it’s connected via USB, the data shows up in the settings about what version it is etc. However, if I try to do anything with it (control, draw etc.) the software behaves like it is doing something, but the arm itself does not move at all.

Any ideas?

Would you please shoot a video to show us the problem? Is there any error code prompted our our uArmStudio?
