I received my swift pro over a month ago but only had time to unpack and try it out today.
I downloaded the latest uarm studio version and updated the firmware successfully (according to studio)
I have power to the arm as the light comes on when the power button is pressed. Now matter what I try, the arm doesn’t respond and eventually am told the arm isn’t getting power even though the lights are on… You can even see a flashing green light inside the case when it’s communicating but no movement at all.
Any help or insight will be greatly appreciated.
UPDATE: I came back later in the day with a clear head, reinstalled the software… updated everything and then connected it all… and it worked… so obviously the issue was with my software and not the uArm.
