Swift Pro not responding to ROS commands

I have been trying to use the pro arm using ROS package but i dont know even though i published into the topic , the robot is not moving . Kindly explain , i am still new to ROS. I tried to write in the topic /SwiftproState_topic and /position_write_topic but the arm doesnt move.
