Two uArms work hand in hand on a conveyor belt

Hi,
I would like to present you today a new uArm opencv project that is easy and very inexpensive to rebuild.

Two uArms work hand in hand on a conveyor belt:

The conveyor belt consists of :

  • 8 mm threaded rods,
  • 8 Standard rolling bearings,
  • Nuts and washers,
  • Elastic band with 150 mm width
  • 1 Nema 17 stepper
an Arduino to control the stepper and simple parts from the 3d printer.

The small Python script certainly allows room for optimization.

Here is the program code and the print parts (STL and FreeCad):

And here’s the video: https://youtu.be/GZJbe_jXgjg

Have a good time,
klaus
