UARM Gripper is not working

Hello, I am using my UARM Swift Pro via Arduino IDE, I can send move commands successfully but when I send the command to use the gripper, nothing happens. Also I can get the status of the gripper and it returns “V2” which means it is working. I have another UARM Swift Pro and it works without any problem. Could it be a hardware problem? Thank you for your help.

Dose the gripper work with the uarm studio?

I never tried it because my project isn’t being developed with uarm Studio, I control the arm with C++ code. The other Uarm works fine but this one’s gripper isn’t responding.

How about try the uArm Studio to let us know wether it’s a hardware or code issue?

Hello again, I installed uarmStudio and controlled the arm, movement is not a problem but when I click the gripper icon nothing happened.

Should be the gripper issue or the communication issue. Please copy this link with your name/phone/address and SN of the uarm and then send to support@ufactory.cc to get RMA service.
