uArm no longer moving after library update

Hi, So the uArm metal that I have has been working but after the library update I cannot get the uArm to move or recalibrate. When I run “Calibration.ino”
c
intercept_address: 70
slope_address: 50
servo 0
lr.getA():-12838.28
lr.getB():27.50
intercept_address: 70
slope_address: 50
servo 1
lr.getA():0.00
lr.getB():0.00
intercept_address: 70
slope_address: 50
servo 2
lr.getA():0.00
lr.getB():0.00
intercept_address: 70
slope_address: 50
servo 3
lr.getA():0.00
lr.getB():0.00
Put uarm in calibration posture (servo 1 to 3: 45, 130, 20 degree respectively), then input 1
Offsets for servo 1 to 3 are ovf
ovf
ovf
Save offset done!
All done!

That is what I get.

Any help getting back up and running would be greatly appreciated.

additionally when I try to update the firmware I get:

After this the window closes and dies.

Is there a way to do a factory reset or to clear out the firmware that is currently on the uArm?

@anudels Hi, Would you show me the folder what files include after you unzip the firmware_helper files.

Folder Tree:
A “firmware_helper_windows”
1 “acrdude” (folder)
a “avrdude_win.conf”
a “avrdude_win.exe”
a “libusb0.dll”
1 “firmware.hex”
1 “firmware_helper.exe”

Hi @anudels did you fix the issue yet? We already updated the firmware tool.
