uArm Still making noise and not following commands

After the erratic behavior and the clack clack noise I had I reloaded the firmware at your suggestion and that seemed to fix the problem.

It is not fixed.

Now every time I move the arm with uArm Studio or my programs the arm makes loud noises and does not move correctly.

If I send a command to change the stretch value the arm moves up and down as much as it moves in and out.

If I send a command to change the height value the arm moves in or out as much as it moves up or down.

I have reloaded the firmware, recalibrated and the problem still exists.

This arm in broken.

What do you suggest?

I am very frustrated as this has been happening now for quite some time and the support has not been very helpful.

I was supposed to deliver this to my client 2 weeks ago and now I am very behind schedule.

I need to resolve this immediately.

Hi, could you post a video link here. If it’s a hardware issue we will send you the RMA guidance.

I have posted a number of videos previously.

This is very difficult as there is a 1-2 day lag in communication and always a request for a new video.

How can I get an advance replacement as soon as possibly?
