Hi!

When trying to use uArm Studio on macOS Big Sur, uarmcore crashes on startup, and it doesn’t detect the uArm. uFactory says uArm Studio doesn’t work on Big Sur - but when will that happen? Is there anything I can do myself to fix it?

I’m also wondering if I should try running the Windows version using Wine, but have no idea if it would need additional configuration, and what that would be. If anyone has tried this, I would love to hear :slight_smile:

Thanks! I’ve sent an e-mail.

However, I managed to try it out on a mac with El Capitan today, and uarmcore crashed there as well on startup (tried both uArm Studio v1.1.23 and 1.0.50 for good measure). Would it be beneficial if I posted the crash report, or do you already know what’s causing the issue?

People can find the uArmStudio patch pack for MAC Big Sur in the below link.

Step: Close uArmStudio, run patch.sh, and then re-open uArmStudio.
