Uarm swift is shaking and calibration is wrong

When I move uarm to some co-ordinate using python setpostilion() it not moving correctly ,
It keep on changing whenever I move the arm,
how to solve it ??? any procedure to calibrate Uarm swift .
and also its shaking.
