uArm Swift Z position not parallel to a flat surface


I am currently using the uArm Swift for air hockey game simulation (as shown in this video at minute 1.51 uArm Swift and Swift Pro On IndieGoGo 2017 - YouTube)

However, as I set the position of the Z axis (height) as a constant to match the surface of the table, it cannot run smoothly on the surface as seen in the video shown. I’ve also tried to play it using the mobile app but the issue persists.

May I know is there any calibration that I can make or is there any solution to this issue of the uArm?
