Our uArm Swift Pro suddenly started to report wrong Z-axis readings. In polar system, when the angular coordinate >= 90°, the Z coordinate jumped from -10 to more than 200. This completely renders any close-loop control impossible!
The uArm worked under a minimal load for three years (total usage < 400 hours, load < 50g). Would this wrong reading suggest damages in the position sensor? And how shall we order spare parts?
