Universal holder does not fit

Hi,

I just received my uArm. I tried to use the universal holder directly on the end (w/o the servo) but it does not fit into the slot. The male end is maybe a few mm wider. Anybody else have this issue?

Hi, could you shoot a video about that for us to figure out the issue?

It doesn’t go in, its too thick.
Note that I have the servo attached on the other side.

Okay. Is it possible I can get the cad file for the part that connects the holder to the arm? I can try to 3D print it in the meanwhile.
