Vacuum System Not working (on uArm swift pro)

uArm Serial No.: UP13001909011F

Firmware Version: 4.5.0

Operation System: Win10

uArm Controlling Method: uArm Studio and direct serial commands

I reported that the vacuum pump just stopped working about 2 weeks ago. Thanks for uArm Tech support they mailed me a new pump and cable. However, today after installing new pump, same symptoms:

  1. i can send serial commands to enable/disable the pump (#1 M2231 V1/V0), and then read back the status using #1 P2231, and the status reports the desired status of the pump.

  2. however the pump fails to turn on.

After reading a similar thread i am believeing that perhaps my main pcb board needs to be replaced. perhaps there is a drive circuit (transistor or power supply components) that need to be replaced. Based on the feedback of the status, i am guessing the digital signal to enalbe/disable is correct but the drive current is not being delivered to the pump.

Thoughts?

Based on the description, it should be the PCB issue.
If you can replace the PCB by yourself, please copy the link of this post and reply to support@ufactory.cc to get a new PCB, or to get RMA if you prefer to send the uArm back to repair.

Thanks
