Basic question, but no answer anywhere. What does it mean to attach/detach servo and what is it good for? Thanks.
Hi, the detach servo command disenganges the steppers and makes it possible to move the arm freely to a position, (eg. for calibation) you then can read the position without any interference of the servos.
If you need to take control again he attach servo command engages the stepper drivers again.
