During the IP address setup we removed the IP address of the controller and just saved the settings. We are unable to find the IP address of the Xarm robot controller.
Hi, the IP address can not be reset or retrieved yet, you’d contact support@ufactory.cc for RMA service.
We will develop the function in the near future but as of now, send the controller back for repair is a fastest way.
