Hey guys, I would like to adapt a foot pedal to my xArm 6 Lite. Whenever I press the foot pedal the xarm should go in manual mode and if I release it it should go back to the locked-in position. Does anyone know how to do that, becuse im quite new with everything. Help is much appreciated! 
You can use the IO module of the control box, for example, using DI 0
When press the foot pedal(short DI 0 to GND) to enter manual mode, release the foot pedal to exit manual mode.

@Daniel_Wang could you help me with one more thing please: Is it possible in the IO module to activate the manual mode only when the space bar is pushed? And if not pushed the arm should go in locked in position?
Yes, if not pushed the arm will keep the position(which we called position mode).
