To whom it concerns,
We have connected a xArm6 to our computer. However, the LAN light is not turning on. Consequently, when we tried to enter the IP address of our control box, it returns the error message: ‘Failed: Server is not ready”.
What is the most likely cause of this and how do we fix this?
