Xarm7 Motor Overload Error

Hello,

We have an Xarm7 (SN XS1304…) that is having a motor overload error on Joint 4. This joint is hot to the touch, we looked at the current reading while in standby and this is the result:

Is there a way to reset the joints or something like that to resolve the error? We have tried sending D13 I* (D13 I4 in this case) but that did not resolve the issue.
