24v on Arm if PWR and 24Vin are not connected

Good Morning, why do we have 24V on the arm output, even if on control box PWR and 24Vin are disconnected.

Any chance to geht our needed 8V only to the arm?

How did you measure it? Which 2 pins did you test? Please provide some pictures with us.
