Connection error with Direct Linear Motor & X-Arm7

I’m trying to connect x-arm7 using direct linear motor’s control box.

Ping test is successfully done, linear motor is working(both with ufactory studio and python SDK) and also gripper module(mounted on xarm-7) wokrs well. But the problem is that X-arm 7 is not configured as X-arm7.Instead, it prints the error as follows:

‘Controller Error’
Code: C44
SN is missing, incorrect, or inconsistent with the firmware type.

SN: XS13~
Type: xArm6

Please press down the E-stop on the Control Box, wait 5 seconds and then release, then go to “Settings = My Device - Device Info” page and restart the controlloer.

Is there any way to make control box to recognize my xArm7 as xArm7, instead of xArm 6?

Please follow the link below to reflash the firmware for xArm7.

After reflashing the firmware and rebooting the system, please press down the E stop button and release to reload the friction parameters.
