Emergency stop button won't release

Hello,

With the xArm7 I’m getting:

Controller Error
Code: C2
The Emergency Stop Button is pushed in to stop.

I have released the button, but it still is not powering on. The control unit boots and I am able to connect to it with the UFACTORY-Studio, but I can not enable the arm.

Are there any troubleshooting steps I can try? Is there any way to bypass the E-Stop?

Hi rtwomey,

I received your email and got back to you, please provide related information.
For C2 error, you have to check if EI0/EI1 has shortened to GND first.
