Error S0 on all joints

I suddenly just got an s0 error which tells me this:

I tried several reboots with no results.

Do you have the solution?

Did you try to unplug and plug the communication cable?
Please enter ‘Settings-General-Debugging Tools-Joint’, enter D11 and send, take a screenshot of the result to us.

Do you have any other controller?

Thanks, the return value also indicates that only Jonit1 can communicate properly, and other joints cannot.
I think we have to get the arm back for repair, please take a photo of the real SN, which is attached to the robot base to support@ufactory.cc, we will proceed with the after-sales process.
