My xarm 7 kept reporting Controller 23 error. I tried to press zero position button, but it immiediately report C23 again. I also try reset it, stop it, unplug cable, but any manual or computer coommand I do will cause C23 error. Does anyone also encountered this problem before?

C23 stands for joints angle exceeds limit.
Please enter into ‘Live Control’ page, and see if any joints are out of limit. If so, please try to unlock the joint in ‘Settings-Advanced Tools-Debugging Tools-Unlock joint’, and rotate the joint to keep it within range.
