Joint Communication Failure, IP config issue?

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble connecting to my control box I am not sure where the problem is coming from but i am guessing its could be from IP config setting. I followed the instructions from Computer IP configuration, Everything seems to be connect since the Xarm Studio can still find the IP address and proceed into the main page. But The program stays in Simulation mode (Simulate robot), and when i want to click and switch over to Enable robot. it gives me Servo Error Message: Code: S0 ID: [1] "joint communication failure.

is this hardware issue/ broken hardware? or connection issue?

can someone guild me through this problem?
