Lite6 C11 & S26 Joint Position Overrun - First Power On

Just unboxed my Lite6 and trying to get it working for the first time.
I updated to the most recent firmware but I’m having the S26 error which is joint 1 overrun. I look in he log a bit deeper and see Servo motor 1 error. The manual says to unplug from power and reboot.

I’ve tried that several times. I can unlock the joint and manually move it by hand. Any suggestions?

Please follow the steps

    1. Unlock the Joint 1 and rotate it to the initial pose(near to zero)
    1. Send D13 I1 in the “Studio-Settings-General-Debugging Tools-Joint” page
    1. Press E-stop, wait 10 seconds, release the E-stop, and enable the robot.
