Resolving error (C16) - Multiturn Encoder error


I am currently using a XArm 6

Problem: When I try to enable the robot from X Arm Studio I get C16 error. (Screen Shots attached).

What I have done so far.

  1. I am able to ping the bot successfully.
  2. X arm Studio software is able to detect the arm
  3. Upgraded both software and firmware to 1.6.1

Help is much appreciated.

you can clear the error through the following steps:

  1. Open the xArm studio
  2. Enter the “settings”-“Advanced”-“Advanced tool”-“Joint tool”
  3. Click the button “Multiturn-Encoder Error Clear” to clear the error.
