Uarm Pro starts in a wrong position

Hi,

I just got my Uarm Swift Pro. Seems very cool and build quality feels good. However, when I turn it on, it’s starting position is almost alle the way to the left. I use Uarm Studio and the “Control” app in the software.

I didn’t want to calibrate it manually since it said they don’t recommend it.

Any help?

I looked at that but sentences like “please DON’T calibrate it if not necessary.” made me ask the question on the forum first. I just unpacked my uarm pro and it is useless. So I was wondering if something was broke, therefore i didn’t what to work too much on it.

If calibration is a standard part of unpacking the uarms you guys should really include it in the setup guides.

I will try the calibration and see if it works.

All the uArms were calibrated before shipping.
If you unpacked and it was useless, it must be the hardware problem.
