The Vacuum gripper I received with the Xarm seems to be having some issues.
It suddenly stopped generating sufficient vacuum.
So, the issue is pretty complicated. On startup the vacuum gripper is working perfectly
However, when I pause the program or stop the program for some reason (which is a part of the application) the gripper is not able to generate sufficient vacuum.
The gripper was working perfectly until today, the issue has suddenly appeared.
I wonder if it’s a firmware issue and if you have a fix for it.
Have you received any such complaint before? Is this a warranty issue?
