Hi, I got the xarm gripper installed. BUT in Ufactory Studio when I try to control the gripper keeps generating this controller error code 19.
I have the latest updates.
Any advise, please on how to solve this issue? Thank you

Please share the SN of the robot and gripper to support@ufactory.cc.
Please choose ‘vacuum gripper’ as the end effector, and click ‘open/close’ to see if there is a C19 error.
