My xArm Gripper is stuck in open position and won’t respond to any commands from python command line or UFactory Studio. There are no error codes returned. When the command to close the gripper is issued, I can hear a click in the gripper but nothing moves.
Could anyone help me trouble shoot this?

I tried rebooting multiple times but didn’t work.
I was able to get it to work by pulling the jaws apart a bit and pushing them in. I will post the video next time it happens.
