Xarm one joint not working

My Xarm7 is not working properly. Its 4th joint cannot move in positive x axis, and it is jerking a lot. The 4th joint would become overheated. This is definitely a firmware issue. I wonder if we can schedule a meeting to discuss this issue.

The xarm number is: XS120405211L09

Would you please shoot a video of the jitter and provide it to us?
What is the TCP payload? How long does the arm overheat after powering on the robot?

it overheats pretty soon after a few mins.
