My Xarm7 is not working properly. Its 4th joint cannot move in positive x axis, and it is jerking a lot. The 4th joint would become overheated. This is definitely a firmware issue. I wonder if we can schedule a meeting to discuss this issue.

What is the TCP payload? How long does the arm overheat after powering on the robot?
