On some conditions, uArm technical support may ask you to porvide the “Report” of uArm Studio. Here is the steps to export “Report” from uArm Studio.
(1) Power on your uArm, connect uArm to PC by USB cable.
(2) Run the uArm Studio.
(3) Click “Setting” on the home page.
(4) Click “Troubleshooting” and then click “Download Report”
(5) You will get a “problem_report.json” file, please compress the file and send to us.
